New treats, same passion. While they never went away, it’s still true to say that Delirious are back. Back with a new album, a new set of summer freebies but the same passionate drive that has pushed them well into their second decade as worshippers with a message that travels far and wide.
Across the 12 tracks is a burly sense of urgency, a voice that declares that these are the days for strong hearts, loud voices and a faith lived out loud. As well as this vital sense that God is powerfully at work right now, the album is saturated with a lyrical focus that places God directly in the foreground. For comparison think the words of Glo set to the tunes of World Service sung with the devotion of Cutting Edge.
